Tir Coed Team Days

Our recent staff training, skill sharing and standardisation days were a fantastic opportunity to gather staff from all four counties - Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys, along with our team based at our Head Office in Aberystwyth.
Our team days are more than just gatherings; they're opportunities to strengthen our bonds and renew our commitment to our shared vision… from training and accreditation to nature connection activities.
Staff members were put through their paces on a wild obstacle course, created biodiversity webs and took part in many nature connection and team building activities before enjoying a delicious cawl cooked over a wood fire.
We're now ready to bring even more to the table for our supporters and trainees.
