73 acres of former colliery land that has been regenerated as a mix of broadleaf woodland and grassland with a network of footpaths.
How to get there:
Entrance to the park situated in Lower Tumble, SA14 6HU. The 128 and 129 bus services from Crosshands cover this area making it accessible by bus from Llanelli, Ammaford and Carmarthen, and surrounding areas.
Facilities:
Compost toilet, two sheltered huts, one traditional roundhouse, picnic benches and footpaths. Main Tir Coed base is a short distance from the car park and a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
