Hello! I’m Teresa and today is my first day with Tir Coed!
I’m the new Executive Officer and I’m looking forward to be working closely with Ffion, helping to manage the organisation and the staff team, and getting involved in all aspects of planning – and fund-raising – for our future development.
I have a background in sustainable community development (some of Tir Coed’s supporters and partners may remember me from my days at Ecodyfi), including a lot of work with volunteers, green tourism, education, outdoor activities, food and growing, and I particularly enjoy planning, fund-raising for and setting up new projects, managing people, developing partnerships and evaluation & monitoring. Basically, I am a friendly, mostly quite well-organised nerd!
