A 5-day introduction to woodland working, Tir Coed, the site and the tutors. Trainees will have the opportunity to have a go at some green woodworking and make something to take home. The course is aimed at people interested in woodland careers (these range from tree surgery to social forestry) who must be able to commit to the course dates and be willing to work all day in the woods in all weathers.
Course days: Wednesday, May 11, Thursday, May 12; Wednesday, May 18; Thursday, May 19; Wednesday, May 25.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be able to attend ALL course days.
