Time to Shine for Tir Coed duo

Tir Coed’s Vik and Cath enjoyed a fabulous trip to Lake Windermere last month where they were invited to take part in a two-day Time to Shine conference.
The event was designed to look at this year’s Time to Shine programme, funded by the Rank Foundation.
The conference provided a great opportunity for the Tir Coed duo to network with other Time to Shine leaders and managers, and included sessions on Exploring leadership styles and Growth mind-sets.
The leaders also had time to plan for a showcase they will be delivering at an event in September.
‘We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with other leaders and managers,” said Cath.
“It was inspiring to hear about all the amazing work going on across the third sector.
“The Rank Foundation events are great for allowing time to step back and see things from a wider perspective.”
