Woodland Craft Activity Days, Allt Goch Woods, Llanidloes
Three of three Tir Coed activity days run by experienced creative artist Terri Sweeney. Terri will guide the group in the creation of a group sculpture that will progress over three sessions. Tir Coed have offered these sessions to participants for free in order to set into motion an on-going creative arts group within Llanidloes. Tir Coed is supporting local practitioners in this way to develop their businesses for the benefit of local people. The sessions will take place in Allt Goch Woods, Llanidloes on:

Willow Structure Maintenance and Future Planning Session
Special Activity Day for essential maintenance of the willow structure at Allt Goch Woods, Llanidloes. The afternoon will be spent planning for the future with our long standing volunteer supporters and second stage progression volunteer mentors.

Networking and Consultation Event
Tir Coed tutors, activity leaders and support leaders will be inputting into the next major project LEAF, the development of a level 2 sustainable woodland management course and briefed on procedural updates whilst getting the opportunity to have a good catch up.

Siawns Teg, Newtown Open Day and Tir Coed Wood Turning Demonstration
Tir Coed Wood Turning Demonstration and Open Day at Siawns Teg offices in the centre of Newtown on Tuesday 31st May. Come along and have a look at this traditional art form and learn more about the exciting new projects that Tir Coed will be delivering in Mid, South and West Wales in the years to come.
