  • Ceredigion - Sustainable Woodland Management

    Running on Tuesday and Wednesday for 12 weeks. Participants will get ‘hands on’ experience of Woodland Management and gain an understanding of sustainability, promoting species biodiversity, enhancing sites for public access, health & safety factors, managing woods for different purposes, creating installations and producing items using traditional woodland crafts.

    Running on Tuesday and Wednesday for 12 weeks.   • Elan Valley - Sustainable Woodland Management Training Course

    We are offering a 12 week accredited course in sustainable woodland management. This will run two days a week and based in the woodlands in the Elan Valley, Powys. You will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of woodland management tasks and also create a wooden construction, for example a boardwalk or bridge. Through the course, participants will work towards Agored Cymru credits and will develop a host of new skills and experience.

  • Cambrian Mountains Welcome Event

    Tir Coed will be at the Cambrian Mountains Welcome event giving information on the work that Tir Coed will carry out in Elan Valley in partnership with Elan Links: People Nature & Water.
