Bench Building Progression - Pembrokeshire

October 15, 2018 - October 23, 2018

This course is a progression course designed for people who have been on previous Tir Coed courses or who have some experience in woodworking and will be held at The Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran. As with all our courses, this course is aimed at people who are unemployed or underemployed and interested in woodland working. Places will be allocated based on need. We are able to offer some help with transport.

Under the supervision of our expert tutors, participants will use local timber to build rustic picnic benches which will be donated to the Wildlife Centre. This will introduce important green woodworking and timber framing skills on a small scale project.
