Waunifor Youth Group spend an evening in the woods

Young people from the Waunifor Youth Group near Pencader visited Long Wood for an evening to learn bushcraft skills and tried to decide what type of shelter would best suite their group.

Tir Coed were commissioned to construct a memorial bench for Aberystwyth Cricket Club. Participants of the training course took a break from building the learning hub to build this wonderful bench.

DASH Wood Craft Session

Participants supported by DASH came to Coed Tyllwyd for a day of woodcarving in the penultimate session of a series with this group in the woodland.

On Thursday the 18th of August Birmingham Consultation was held at YMCA Centre in Erdington. Tir Coed and their partner Elan Links: People Nature & Water went to meet organisations interested in accessing the Elan Links: People Nature & Water project.

First Two DASH sessions at Coed Tyllwyd Llanfarian

Young People supported by DASH (Disabilities and Self Help) visited Coed Tyllwyd for the first of a series sessions. The participants learnt fire building and cooking, as well as doing groundwork on the fire pit to improve its safety and usability.
