First Two DASH sessions at Coed Tyllwyd Llanfarian

Young People supported by DASH (Disabilities and Self Help) visited Coed Tyllwyd for the first of a series sessions. The participants learnt fire building and cooking, as well as doing groundwork on the fire pit to improve its safety and usability.

Tir Coed’s VINE project is off to a flying start with a variety of activities already underway. Three new VINE Project Officers have been appointed, taking up their posts at the beginning of March. They have all been busy planning and initiating the VINE Project at each of the three sites: Coed Tyllwyd, Llanfarian, Allt Goch, Llanidloes and Coedwig Gymunedol Long Wood Community Woodland, Lampeter.
